- What is Life Coaching?
Life Coaching is a form of development in which an experienced resolution mediator, called a coach, supports a client in achieving a specific personal or professional goal.
- Is it therapy?
While life coaching can be therapeutic, it is NOT therapy. Well what's the difference? Therapist often have the ability to diagnose an illness or issue medications. Life coaches use a model that approaches areas of opportunity with a plan of identification and action.
- How long are sessions with OJLC?
Sessions are 45 minutes in length and take place in your residence or a common space. Yes, we come to you up to 15 miles from Central Orlando.
- How much do sessions cost?
You are priceless! We are invested in you and respect all that it takes for you to take steps toward development. Sessions are affordable and worth your time. Contact us for pricing.
**Groups of 4 or more will be assessed upon request- additional fees will apply.
- How do we pay?
All transactions are payable by cash or money order only. Payments will be made payable to the name of your Coach.
OJLC believes in real life management. Sessions can be tailored to fit your life.
Saturday and Sunday hours are available and may be limited to restrictions and weekend rates.
